SC has postponed hearing till 5th May... Called Gov SBP and SECP tomorrow in person...and asked them to send list of all officers above 18 grade... SC will itself decide the names

The proposed officers names by institutions have been rejected by Supreme court for JIT. This is a confirmed news. Supreme court has demanded the the list of all the name of officers and will now make appointments them selves.

ISI and MI have sent three names to SC...

Secondly.. SC has not yet...rejected FIA nominations.. They have raised objections only on SBP and SECP

I simply dont get this, yeh tu seedhi seedhi phir SC or CJ ki kamzori hai ke unho ne Ephedrine Abbasi ki Petition ko samaat ke liay manzoor kia, agar already ECP or Lower courts main IK saray documents or proof provide ker chuka hai tu.
