As I said..not every one is purchasable... They are very few such ppl in our society....but still there are.. Unhi logon ki wajah se kuch thori hope hai.. And maybe..these ppl are the reason, Pakistan still exists.. Otherwise, overwhelming majority is corrupt to the core and looted this nation mercilessly.... NROshave been done...without any shame and still being done...on sensitive matters..

You are right...our fiture seems to be very bleak... Unless and until, a God fearing, hard ore nationalist comes to power...i dont see much hope... But the problem is..who will let such person, come to power?

As I understand,

• The accusations have already been made against the PM that he's not been able to counter with proper evidence.
• The job of the JIT is NOT to go around the world and find out if the PM has been telling the truth.
• The job of the JIT is to provide the PM a chance to prove his innocence by providing documentary proofs.
• The onus of proof is now totally upon the defendant.
• If the JIT fails to provide any new proof to honourable Supreme Court, then it would not be considered a failure of the JIT; it would be taken as lack of evidence from the defendant.
• The evidence already provided by Mr. NS has been reserved and cannot be replaced, amended or withdrawn.
• The beauty of the judgement is any new evidence provided will only contradict the already provided proof, and would only render Mr. Nawaz Sharif as dishonest!

As such, the case is pretty much wrapped up against the PM. I just hope the respected law community ensures nobody is allowed to misappropriate anything, and in sha Allah they will not let it happen.

Main ne aap se kaha tha na, ke dawn leaks par compromise hogaya hai.. Army act ko tu chorein..woh report release karnay se pehley hi tariq fatmi ko mulk se bahar bhej diya hai,..taakay woh kisi aur ka naam bhi na le sakay.l if this isnt a compromise then what else is? He has no choice but to resign he is done politicaly .

Decision was managed - I unequivocally stand by earlier assertion and by talking to my contacts I can tell you 100% it was politically motivated.

Someone pointed out that SC couldn't obtain 100% truth so they formed JIT to give another chance to Sharif.

This above pov proves that in this same case Sharif has been given three lives. First by original bench, now by this bench and third by forming JIT under Sharif.

Question: What if JIT provides evidence that Sharif is innocent? Would SC form a Commision to investigate further or say "shukar hai Allah ka - hamari teesri koshish kamyaab ho gaye".

Corruption is a right of the khandan like noora and zaleeldari. The poor who steal, beg and do the hard graft are the ones who will ultimately suffer. But then they vote for noora and zaleeldari so let them enjoy it. Next week dawn scandal will be buried. c'esta la vie Pakistan.
