Panama leak Case Proceedings - JIT Report, News, Updates And Discussion

I don't have much Idea about this issue but most probably, it is the fault of investigative agencies like FIA and NAB who have not produced evidence or may have tempered with the evidence related to money laundering routes and system involved.

I have just reached home 20 mins back.. reading all the msgs.. Today was a very long day.. I was driving @130 kms/ hr.. when I was writing the earlier msgs. Can you post me a link of the judgement?

No and not needed either. No judge called him Honest though! If any judge had thought he was honest, they would have disagreed specifically with other 2.

Disagreement is on disqualification only!

Dishonest declaration is enough to go to EcP. IK needs to act promptly on it. That door has been opened wide and fully.

I have some concerns:

1 - Selection of officers rests with heads of respective divisions. How on earth do you believe that those heads, who are pets of NS and his family, will select officers with integrity?

2 - Filing in ECP will mean another humiliation, as ECP is completely under shareef's control.. ECP will expel the petition saying that the judgment itself states that further probe is required. So I am not in favor of going to ECP. In fact I do not even trust any judge, whether its of SC, HC or whatever, let alone head of institutions already under control of PM.. Anyone from existing institutions, I can't trust.. even PA officers.. All should upload their profiles on OLX for sale..

3 - Inconsistency shows that they were writing something else from the beginning, but changed midway.. why? no one knows.. I have got some news that 15-20 days back 1-2 changed their minds. So it is understandable to see poor formatting etc in the judgement.

4 - Someone was saying that it's not NS who will have to present himself in front of a JIT.. it is the other way around.. JIT will go to PM house for tafteesh..


I am telling you,, it is not a good verdict at all.. Anchors, PTI spokespersons or whoever is saying that it is a good verdict, should come out of dark and see the reality..

There is a big chance that the next bench lets PM go saying that enough evidence wasn't presented.

You must read his judment.. Itni ziada insult ki hai sharif family ki, ke uss se ziada ho nahi sakti.. Dil khush hojayega parh kar

He has not reopened hudaibya case exactly..but says he didnt do because SC is an appelatte forum...and it will compromise judicial neutrality..however...he ordered fresh cases against PM, and his family in NAB accountability courts..and he has taken powers from chairman nab against all cases including sharif family....and given those powers to SC bench..while disqualifying the PM

Snce hudaibya reference lanore high court was not challenged....he said i cant order to challenge it..since SC is an appelatte forum. But since tht case has been quashed...now all pardon given to Ishaq dar for being prosecution witness is reversed and he is now an accused and fresh inquiry cases be orderedagainst him

He says all evidence and material in FIA report of Rehman malik can still be used as evidence in prosecution

Did u read Justice Khosa's judgment? I read in full...

Farah i use to call NS Al Capone IK call him Pablo Escobar now SC called him God father WOW .He is done will kick out down the road total wracked .NS lost it .

So.. if I understand correctly, you are saying that on the disqualification, it is 2-3 judgement.. On declaration, one judge declared and others didn't write anything?

after 460 pages of this thread it has been revealed that a JIT would be setup ... by the way what happened with previous JITs ??? nothing .. and same will happened to this

Kosa said...I am not giving directions for it..because of jurisdiction issues...because 2 members of this bench are also members of supreme judicial council...one being Justice khosa himself and other advocate... So field is open for IK...he can send reference against Chaiman NAB, based on judges' remarks...

Babar Awan was also taking a similar view.. He said tht 2 judges have given orders for disqualification..while consider verdict of 3 other judges in this verdict as still reserved.. They havent disagreed with 2 judges...on dishonesty...but reserved verdict on it..for a later stage

The judgment has shaken my remaining belief on our judicial system. If I were in IKs shoes, I would sit aside for the rest of my life, seriously..
