In case there are riots after decision against NS, PA should jump in, enforce a short term martial law, put all politician on ECL immediately. Catch and execute all traitors and corrupt politicians swiftly, and then hold fresh elections.

No... Even Justice Khosa once mentioned tht we can only give declaration on 62/63..

For disqualification..theres another procedure.. SC can give declaration, on the basis of which EC can disqualify later..

I was also under the same impression as what you said..but after Justice Khosa's remarks..i listened to some other lawyers too... Even one lawyer on ARY yesterday said the same tht SC will/can give declaration on 62/63, and EC will disqualify later.. SC cant disqualify directly... This is what i understood, after listening to many lawyers

Agreed... but disqualification is not all we want. If the PM is proven a thief, shouldn't he be sent behind the bars? Surely, there must be a law for that???

Abhi bhi yehi hai.. main tou wohi kahunga jis baray main risk assessment huee hai.. iss se aagay koi kahay ke faislay ki copy mil gaee hai uss main yeh hai, ya woh hai.. main yaqeen nahi karunga..

Iss main suspension aagay peechay hosakti hai.. declaration do cheezon pe aasakta hai.. aik ghalat bayani pe, doosra baar baar poochnay pe bhi source of funds declare na karnay pe.. inn main se kisi aik, ya dono pe declaration aasakti hai..

Commission lazmi hai.. Disqualification 100% nahi hosakti..

The way Hon'ble Supreme Court said that this verdict/Judgement/Order in Panama Case is going to be historical, very few or may be none has any idea that this is going to be unpredictable till now and will be something out of blue. Whatever predictions are, I hope many hearts may not be broken.
