SC has given half an hour to both the parties to consult and inform court if a commission should be made or not. IMO this case will be closed and a clean chit will be given to NS.

Oh no...... Aaj sab kuch acha karte karte...ye kia soojhi judges ko. if commission is made, then we should say good bye to the case... Why cant the judges see themselves, tht commission is not needed? ..ufff

Final Decision has to be taken by SC itself & the bench...
They have just asked views from both Parties...

Babar awan yestrday said and i agree with him, tht what is commission needed for? Comission will have to see those documents/proofs only, which are already provided to supreme court..so what is commission needed for? SC already knows the stance of all parties on this... Why again ask them? Why not take decision itself? Ufff hope..commission is not made plzzz

I am not jumping just giving an opinion based on what has been happening in past. The way time is wasted on non issues in the courts and how criminals keep evading the justice is not a new thing in Pakistan. Anyone knows where is Shahrukh Jatoi?

oh oh oh...you so you don't know...how innocent..o mian they settled the case outside of the court and the victim's family left Pakistan...so your example totally irrelevant to this proceeding. oh my goodness

Had the judiciary been doing justice Pakistan would not have reached this stage. They gave clean chit to Zardari, they delayed Swiss case to the extent that it becomes time barred. These are all planned activities to facilitate the culprit.

Earlier judges said tht qatari letter has bo legal value at all..so no need to wate time on tht, at all... And now it says ke tasdeeq zuroori hai... Is ke liye hi kahin commission na banaa dein

This is how judiciary plays their role. Qisas & Diyat is settlement with the family. What about law of land. When law of land is violated murder case is pleaded by the State not hiers, what was the settlement with state.

I agree... Even i was skeptical about this case from the begining... Pata nahi, kal se kiun umeed lagaa kar beth gayi thee? but if commission is made, then good bye to the case....
