I think 5 member bench main is liye 3 judges ka faisla court order bana..simply because..it was in majority.. Tu woh khud ba khud final court order ban gaya., i think its not like tht..ke Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ne adopt kar liya hai..usay aur inka apna initial faisla irerelevant hogaya.. I think its just a case of majority opinion

But three members signed separately and then 5 members signed. It means that 2 benches were active..

Woh tu pehle verdict main bhi nahi tha.. Justce Khosa ne kaha tha ke main chahta hoon ke SJC main jaye ye case..but main nahi karraha ..because two members of this bench are part of SJC..tu ye ajeeb baat hogi ke khud hi SJC main bhej doon..

But still..as an alternative ...he took all powers from chairman NAB..

4 - Mian Saqib Nisar (Who was a law secretary in 1997 of NS government, and was promoted to the judge out of seniority in suspicious circumstances, look at his remarks in IKs case.. .even today he grilled Naeem Bukhari)
