Mujhe nahi lagta hai ke us main India se raabtay ka kuch hoga.. Because in vilume 1, JIT had told ke hum ne MLAs ke liye kon kon si countries se contact kiye hain.. Un main India se related kuch nahi tha.. Even klasra ne bhi vol 10 main Switzerland aur kuch doosri countries ka zikr kia tha..

I think 5 member bench main is liye 3 judges ka faisla court order bana..simply because..it was in majority.. Tu woh khud ba khud final court order ban gaya., i think its not like tht..ke Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ne adopt kar liya hai..usay aur inka apna initial faisla irerelevant hogaya.. I think its just a case of majority opinion
