PML N is popular and patriotic for Pakistanis the same/similar way Huryat for Kashmiris. but Kashmiris are living under indian constitution and we are living under our own constitution which must be acted upon entirely including its article 6 against the transgressors of 1999 coup and in the past, if we need to see our nation stronger.

we have our certain constitution here in Pakistan which must be observed by all the institutions and not the politicians only. constitution if include 62/63, it also include article 6 which is much more severe in punishment.

Point wise for you to understand it properly

• Two judges of Supreme court had disqualified Nawaz without feeling necessity of any further investigations
• Three judges felt that Nawaz should be given ample opportunity to present his side of the story so they recommended a JIT
• JIT started the investigation, asked Nawaz and his family ........... but somehow Nawaz felt that they should either not tell anything at all or submit forged documents
• Meanwhile Nawaz allowed his party members to threaten JIT and to some extent the judges, not the members only but their families too
• Any how JIT continued with their assigned task and completed their report in stipulated timeframe
• Once the JIT report was made public a lot of us Pakistanis came to know that their (Nawaz and family) only expertise is how to loot and launder the loot and pose all religious after that
• So hearing started again in SC, where judges kept asking Nawaz's lawyers that if there is any documentary proof now is the time
• Documentary was not provided and lame arguments were made in the court
• Now court was forced to disqualify NS in light of overwhelming evidence of their corruption and at the same time they provided him an honorable escape route
• The judges disqualified NS based on the lightest charge and referred the heavy allegations to NAB as SC is not a trial court ....... with condition that it would be monitored by a sitting Judge .... why not refer this to NAB initially because NAB's chairman assured judges he is not independent and NAB is not capable of trying NS and his family ....... the need for JIT.
• How its an honorable escape ............ had the vol 10 of JIT report been made public I am sure NS would have charged under article 6 ......... and we all know what article 6 means. So iqama based disqualification not only helped stopping a turmoil and instability like environment but also spared life of NS
