Wonder if SC in India has trial jurisdiction? SC in Pakistan is not a trial court, in triable aspect of this case it could only give it's judgement without any declaration just like other SCs across the world. Read following except of today's judgement very very very very carefully;

So is the case against respondent No. 10 vis-à-vis 91 times increase (from Rs.9.11 million to 831.70 million) in his assets within a short span of time. What to do in the circumstances has already been dealt with in the majority judgment in the words as follows:
