This is the April 20 Judgement. I've gone through parts if it and it is a very interesting read. It gives us an idea of the constraints of the court. The quality of writing goes to show that these judges are of high integrity. I was wrong to doubt them.

From what the judges have said that they will be giving the final order in accordance to their previous order, it will be very interesting considering that two judges have already accepted the petition on the basis of 62/63. However, the reason the rest of the judges were reluctant to use 62/63 is because the ownership of the Mayfair flats could not be proved. The JIT has failed to establish this.

Whether or not the judges will be willing to use the rest of the JIT findings to use 62/63 is to be seen.

Morally the judges know Nawaz Sharif is corrupt as they've already said. However, I doubt they will be able to use 62/63 considering the reason for not using it previously. The judges know Nawaz Sharif is a chor, but they have to judge whether or not the law allows the SC to disqualify him. I think that is why they want this to go to a trial court.

Waisy khwahishein tu waqayi bhtt hain..aur Justice Khosa ke additional verdict ki khwahish tu itni strong hai ke agar uske liye disqualification se kam par bhi razo hona paray ( tht is , if pther majority judges still disagree) tab bhi khush hongi

Possible! This was an option to continue part-heard case as part-heard case when a new bench was constituted after justice Jamali. I am not sure if it's possible in this particular case. Suit/Petitions/Application keep visiting different judges while being pending, new judge doesn't restart the case from beginning, new judge takes his notes from the notes of previous judges.

Possible! This was an option to continue part-heard case as part-heard case when a new bench was constituted after justice Jamali. I am not sure if it's possible in this particular case. Suit/Petitions/Application keep visiting different judges while being pending, new judge doesn't restart the case from beginning, new judge takes his notes from the notes of previous judges.

Reading the judgement, it appears that oral hearings are only part of the process. The real process of writing and deliberating the judgement has just begun. That is why it took so long for the SC in the first place. 600! pages of interpreting the law. The final judgement may not take that long because most of the groundwork has been laid. They only need to put the JIT report and the following arguments into context.

Why is there a delay in announcing the verdict ? Why this delay for Rich person if decision has been taken it should be annouced at once and guilty should be charged and locked up same day

Is the delay suppose to ensure Rich guy has time to discuss plea bargin or fly out of country overnight, or let me guess he will have a Kidney failiure


Lieing and hiding facts , from election comission , tax people and various authorities is a crime
Transferring $$ out of Pakistan with no money trail is also a crime

• Mega billion project failiure is neglect crime (Nandi poor project)
• Solar park being sold at 50% of project (pre over budget cost) is a crime

Standing in parliment and lieing is a crime

Indian friend comes and violates visa laws crime on the passenger/visitor and person who invited him and took him unspecified locations

I think each judge need to write huge report about verdict with proof and law.

@PakSword i was listening to Barrister Ahmed Pansota on capital tv.. He was ..of the view tht verdicts of Justice Khosa and Gulzar will be counted.. Justice Khosa will announce the verdict..however they wont be able to make any further additions in their previous verdict, based on JIT report..

Ahmed Pansota is the one, who wrote article, "I am dissenting and I know it" which was very impressive article about Justice Khosa's dissenting judgment

Waisy tu Justice Ijazul Ahsan ka verdict bhi ab parhnay wala hoga.. Us se kahin ziada khatarnak hoga..jo Justice Khosa ka previous verdict tha.. I just hope tht Justice Ijazul Ahsan's conclusions are not in minority in this 3 member bench, relating to criminal offenses.. Disqualification tu automotically majority mian hijayegi..after Justice Ijazul Ahsan's verdict.. I hope tht atleast advocate agrees with Justice Ijazul Ahsan's all conclusions regd forgery and other cirminal offenses.. Ye din bhi aana tha, ke advocate se umeed lagaa kar bethay hain hum

But didn't they say before creating JIT that they would have a privilege to make changes in their statements after the report?

No man you are mixing alot of things ...

It is not as simple ... Don't you remember Jindal episode ? How much mess it was created when Jindal went Murree with NS ... I am sure he was the only person who went murree as NS guest without Visa but the issue was his country of origin ...

Israel is even worst case we as a country have not accepted it ... As a PM of Pakistan isnt it his moral obligation to follow the stance of Pakistan ... I agree it has no relationship with case in that sense but it is a big political blow ...

On the legal front its implication is simple and straight forward ...

Case of forgery is registered against this family in KSA ...
They have paid for Jeddah factory to Israel whereas previously source of fund was UAE factory (hence again a change in stance) ...
How the payment was done in Israel as it has direct relationship with the flats (Jeddah factory was sold to procure flats, so sources to procure jaddah factory is under ambit of this case) ...

Okay, jokes and wishes apart, minority judges can't amend their judgment however they'll be free to revise their judgement if a review petition is filed later on. @Farah Sohail has a long list of wishes, lol, if she were a judge she would amend her judgement accordingly no matter what law permits and what it forbids.

Operational part of the impending order shall count, all confusions, ifs and buts shall go down the drain if it has signatures of all the judges. Who cares about the notes and observations?
