There are other ways to bring UK to its senses but for that to happen, we need somebody who has stakes in Pakistan and not UK.

Imran Khan's House is no Different, but I know you will not compare Imran's house with Thar while you support Imran Khan in name that he is not corrupt.
Haram aur halal ka farq jantay ho Patwari?
Any how, worse thing is this AGENCIES/Establishment has taken our Pakistan as hostage. No one is safe at the hands of the Agencies and they are free to abduct any one now.

Why is it that RAW's Propaganda looks more attractive to you than the security agencies of Pakistan? Food for thought but for Haram Khor!

Then agencies started making Nawaz league people missing. Nawaz may be corrupt, but his stance was correct that agencies must come under the civilian government and parliament.

Names of missing noora's please? Why is GEO India not shouting hoarse and splashing it 24/7 With the missing's families?

While Iman Khan is total Munafiq. He will let the agencies abduct the Pakistani citizen and let them to run the dark state.

Your exposition at my hands above is enough to know Who are the real munafiq in bed with Amn ki Aasha - Modi loving - LIBTARDS in bed with Anjuman-e-Patwaran these days. You lot are the DARK SOULS OF PAKISTAN FOR SELF SERVING INTERESTS. PERIOD.

Transparency International calls for probe into Sharif’s Avenfield properties under UK law

Web Desk Last updated Feb 3, 2018

LONDON: Problems for ousted premier Nawaz Sharif apparently seemed escalating as Transparency International (TI), an INGO, called for a probe into five controversial properties in the United Kingdom, including Sharif’s Avenfield flats in London.

The TI incorporated Sharif’s London properties in the list of controversial properties, which has been handed over to the UK law enforcement agencies.

According to a press release issued by the INGO, the UK law enforcement agencies have been called for an immediate investigation into the source of money to purchase the controversial properties under ‘Unexplained Wealth Order’ law.

Meanwhile, an accountability court in Pakistan is to record testimonies of two UK-based prosecution witnesses against Nawaz Sharif and his children via video link in the Avenfield supplementary graft reference.

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had filed a supplementary reference after obtaining additional evidence about Sharif’s London properties under the mutual legal assistance (MLA) in January 2018.

The reference states that the Sharifs failed to provide the money trail behind the purchase of the Avenfield flats and the Trust Deed between Maryam and Hussain presented to the JIT found to be fake.

It alleges Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz and son Hussain Nawaz provided fake documents to a joint investigation team appointed to probe the ruling family’s wealth with regard to the flats in a pricey London neighbhourhood.

Naming Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz, sons – Hussain and Hasan – and son-in-law Captain (retd) Safdar as accused in the reference, it maintains they have committed corruption, which is punishable act under Section 10 of the National Accountability Ordinance.

It further says that an investigation against, Tariq Shafi, former premier’s cousin, Saeed Ahmed, President National Bank of Pakistan, Javed Kayani and Mosa Ghani was also underway.

The supplementary reference included seven witnesses, including expert of the Radley Forensic Document Laboratory in London, Robert W. Radley and solicitor.

TV interviews of the former premier, Maryam, Hasan and Hussain have also been made a part of the evidence

UK property law spells trouble for Pakistani politicians

LONDON: The UK government has introduced new rules giving unprecedented powers to law enforcement agencies to crack down on properties and assets amassed through “dirty money”.

Under the new rules, which are designed to stop corrupt people from using Britain as a safe haven, individuals can be fined and jailed if they make misleading statements.

The order that came into force recently allows authorities to freeze and recover property of more than 50,000 pounds if individuals cannot explain why they own assets worth more than their income and show they have acquired them legally.

It is seen as unprecedented as it — like Pakistan’s National Accountability Bureau laws — shifts the burden of proof to the property holder instead of the state.

The new law can also be problematic for some Pakistani politicians as the enforcement authorities don’t need to show that they actually own the property as properties owned by their “associates” can also be subject to the new powers.

Another thing that goes against Pakistani politicians is lower threshold as “a UWO [Unexplained Wealth Order] made in relation to a non-EEA [European Economic Area] PEP [Politically Exposed Person] would not require suspicion of serious criminality”.

List of potential cases, drawn up by Transparency International, includes four Avenfield House flats

Although the British media is looking at the Unexplained Wealth Order (UWO), which came into force on Feb 1, as a weapon to fight corruption by Russian oligarchs having assets in the UK, the new law can have serious implications for Pakistani personalities having properties and assets here.

London-based anti-corruption group Transparency International (TI) says it has identified properties worth 4.4 billion pounds in Britain that should be considered as possible candidates for the new legislation.

It has already prepared a list of five cases which it thinks could be investigated without any delay, including Avenfield House flats case involving former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
