The nomination paper submission and approval process is about to conclude. Not a single Returning Officer has asked a relevant question regarding any misdeeds of any of the candidates.

The election commission is not disclosing the detailed affidavit submitted by candidates made mandatory on order of SCP. Why is that detail being hidden at the point of first check i.e. Nomination Paper Approval and rejection.

For example, Maryam Nawaz is the beneficial owner of Nielson and Nescol according to the verdict of SCP Panama bench itself. Has Maryam Nawaz admitted the ownership of those companies in her affidavit with nomination papers?

Why didnt the Returning officer ask her about this most prominent point of contention that makes her clearly ineligible either way to contest the elections. If she hasn't accept the beneficial ownership then she has done misdeclaration, if she has then she has admitted her guilt, forgeies and lies in Avenfield Appartment case.

Nothing has changed for the better since the rigged elections of 2013. RO's are again set to have a field day and they have already started to show the same old colors as usual.

What the eff is going on in the name of FAIR and FREE elections? FREE FOR ALL - AFTER ALL. Another Election to be marred by the back of the hand tricks of Returning Officers at the behest of just as farcical Election Commission.
