Yar ab tou doubt honay lag gya hai. Kiya NAB na wakai case sahi laara k nahi ? What happen agar JIT ki findings ko na manay court? We all remember zardari case. Result was NAB didn’t give enough/original evidence.

No this case is simple ... in case of zardari it was never proven that assets belong to Zardari, here they have admitted that flats belong to family now the burden of proof is on NS to establish that they are purchased from the legitimate source ...

Court aisa nahi karsakti.. kyunke kisi evidence ko challenge karnay ke liey counter evidence ki zaroorat hoti hai.. NS aur Maryam ne koi counter evidence pesh nahi kiya.. sirf technicalities pe baat ki hai.. jin ko supreme court pehlay hi clear kar chuki hai.. for example, yeh lower court ko keh rahay hain ke SC ne JIT ghalat banai.. pehli baat tou yeh hai ke lower court SC ka verdict over turn karnay ki mijaaz nahi hai, doosri baat yeh hai ke yeh log apnay saaray avenues against SC decision use kar chukay hain..

Regarding counter evidence, agar NAB ne Financial Investigation Agency ka document pesh kia, tou inhain uss ko counter karnay ke liey koi aisa document pesh karna chahiey tha jo @El Sidd ne churaya hua hai..

Issi liey tou main keh raha hun ke mere leader ke saath bachpan se zulm ki intehaa hochuki hai, pehlay tou Qanoon aisay banaey gaey jo 20 20 saal baad mere leader ke peechay paray huay hain, aur upar se establishment se saaray safai ke documents chori karliey 1994 main.. Yaqeen nahi aata tou @El Sidd se poochain, uss ke paas saari raseedain mojud hain..

I hope so aisa e hou, but NS/MS k lawyers itnay b thakay howay nahi houn gain k wo srf technicalities ka issue raise krwain agar hai e nahi tou. Kch tou hou ga jo wo srf is baat pa focus kr rahay hain.

Well i pray k court in technicalities ko consider b na kray. I know burden NS and MS pa hai proof ka, but unkay lawyers ko ya samajh kiu nahi aa rahi.

I think he should have refused this post....inhein accept nahi karna chahye thee or may be Justice Khosa should have also advised him to not accept it.. I was expecting this....

Kherr..... now tht he has been selected, I hope he truly lives upto his brothers' and family's reputation...so tht Justice Khosa doesnt become controversial at all..just before becoming CJ...

Pakistan's interest is bigger than nasir khosa and justice asif khosa. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong in this decision. By the way, he was a principal secretary of NS so questioning his relation with his brother is not so easy.
