Panama Case - Post Verdict Discussion and Updates

One year ago, struggle started by Imran Khan saw intermission. When Panama papers leaked, there were many options available to him. He didn't accept 10 billion offer from Shareefs as well. Court didn't want to take up the case and the then CJ advised to resolve the matter in parliament. After several months of working on TORs, Imran finally decided to come on roads. Punjab Police unleashed its worst aggression on peaceful protesters who were coming to Islamabad from KP and other parts of the country.
Judges didn't take any action until they saw this matter was being converted into a civil war between two provinces.
Nothing would have happened, had IK not decided to force the courts to take sou moto..
A good example of sleeping beauty (judiciary) is evident nowadays as well, with in action against any form of contempt of court. A quick sou motto is taken to explain the verdict of a lower court that SC has no problem in continuation of the disrespecting behavior.
These institutions need constant push to do their job, sometimes this push comes from establishment, and sometimes from the political forces.. Pakistan can't continue if the institutions don't perform their RESPONSIBILITIES without a push start. They have shown their performance as if it is some kind of IHSAAN on the nation, and we have also accepted this reality that if institutions perform their due responsibilities, it is their biggest favor on the nation.
It is like, a new inspector takes charge and he takes action against robbers, and the people start praising him. His action is commendable, but we have forgotten it is his responsibility.
There will be no IK in the coming days/ months or years. The way these institutions are working, I fear that we will go back to NORMAL once he is no more between us.

Waisy judges ko koi credit na dena...ziadti hai....
Obviously IK has a big role in panama papers case and even Sheikh Rashid too.. but Imran Khan did 126 days dharna on election rigging issue too.. uss par kia hua?
Justice Khosa and Justice Gulzar took the initial bold step of disqualifying NS...when he was still PM....future was unknown...tht whether he will be disqualified eventually or not...Justice Khosa and Gulzar's verdict could have remained a minority verdict too...aur uske baad jo inn dono judges ke saath hota..woh sab jaantay hain......
IK and Sheikh Rashid could be more fearless because IK doesnt have his children in Pak and Sh Rashid has no family.. these judges..and even JIT members..had to worry abt safety of their families too.....as everyone knows what sharifs are capable of...
A person can be more fearless regd his own safety but almost every one becomes buzdil..regd one's children's safety and honor
Justice Khosa and his family's character assasination started on sm..since 20th April last yr.. dont want to repeat here what propaganda PML N sm team has been doing against his sister...
Its not only abt disqualifying NS.. the kind of harsh note..tht Justice Khosa wrote against sitting PM...tht too of takht e lahore....his sarcastic tone.....only a fearless and extremely daring person could have done tht...and its exactly the reason..tht his verdict gave me hope....not only his disqualifying NS....but the manner in which he disqualified NS was the real thing.....
We cant blame panama bench for the decision of earlier useless CJ..who only accepted this petition once dharna could erupt into a civil war....
If IK was offered money..and he refused tht...dont u think these judges would also have been offered huge money too? So they refused all sorts of temptations too....even JIT members....
So crediting tht all this happened only because of IK...is not correct.. we all saw how his efforts couldnt bear any fruit in election rigging case....

IK beth jata tu in judges nay bhi beth jana tha. IK kay jalson nay oxygen ka kaam kya hai judiciary k lye k koi hai jo independent judiciary k lye khara hai. Warna in main say kafi judges kafi bar lait chukay hain. Problem yea hai k koi akela khara nahi hona chahta Pakistan main. Koi 1 banda himmat keray tu phir ahista ahista sab ko taufeek a jati hai otherwise sab zameer ko neend ki gooli khila ker sulla detay hain.
Election Rigging ka case tu IK nay khud kharab kya apna. Greedy!

Yes our juidiciaryhad cowed down under pressure in the past..but how can we blame current panama bench judges for tht? Inn 5 main se kon surrender kiye hian pehle? Justice Khosa was part of the bench which disqualified Yusuf Raza Gilani too and even there...he wrote an equally harsh verdict...Justice Khosa's verdict in GIlani's contempt case....was a master piece too... us waqt kon sa IK ne dharna diya tha ya jalsay kiye thay...?
Justice Khosa ka tu wohi style..Gilani case main bhi tha..when there was no street pressure aur ab panama case main bhi..
Baqi panama case ke kisi judge ke baaray main ziada nahi pata tha humein.. yes Ejaz Afzal was part of tht dhandli commission..which gave a useless verdict....but then we all know Ejaz Afzal changed during the course of proceedings when he saw their true colors fully
Koi aik banda himmat karley tu baqi bhi kharay hojaatay hain.. tu iss case main tu hum J Khosa aur Gulzar ko keh saktay hain ke unhon ne pehley himmat ki.... they had their families to worry about.... IK doesnt have his children here...Shiekh Rasihd doesnt have a family.. tu sab se pehle...those who took a stand without caring for their family's safety were J Khosa and Gulzar

Sab say pehlay himmat IK nay hi ki thi! Yea tu case hi nahi registrar say agay ja raha tha. Baki IK nay media aur logoon main hype itni create ker di thi upper say in ki clips nikal nikal ker jalson main dikhana shuro ker dya tha kay yea jhoot bol rahy hain. Judges clean chit dena bhi chahtay NS ko tu bhi nahi day saktay thy because IK nay pori campaign main Sharif family ko jhoota saabit kya hua tha. Baki kasar Sharif Family kay defence nay nikal di.
Not saying Judges ko credit nahi jata per is Panama Case main ko sab say pehlay aur zada credit dena chaye wo IK ko hai. National Assembly nay tu hath kharay ker lye thy. Zardari Nawaz tu aik aur deal kernay k chaker main thy. IK zoor na lagata tu SC main jaani hi nahi thi yea appeal aur abhi tak hum loog udher hi bethy hotay jahan say Panama shuro hua tha

Judges NS ko clean chit dena bhi nahi de saktay thay? Kiun? If judges wanted to favor sharifs..unke pass bhtt se raastay thay bhaee... kia election main rigging ke proofs nahi thay? Dhandli commission ne kiya kia? 1000 baatein likhnay ke baad keh diya ke koi planned rigging nahi hui.... aisa hi koi faisla yahaan bhi aasakta tha.. humaray law main bhtt se loopholes hain jis main sharifs ko favor kiya jaa sakta tha..bilkol jaisay election dhandlii commission ne kiya... sab se bari aur recent examply rigging commission ki hai...
Registrar ne agar ye case reject kiya tha tu iss ka blame hum panama judges ko nahi de saktay..
Agar judge main himmat ki kami dekhni hai tu ex CJ ko dekh lein jinhon ne ye case sunna shuru kiya....phir lambi lambi dates dein... phir beech main 2 weeks ka gap bhi diya aur phir apni retirement se 1 week pehle bench dissolve kardiya....ke ab dobara bench banay aur ye case sunay...
Agar judges chahtay tu law main koi bhi loophole dhoond saktay thay...aur jaisy pehle sharifs ke favor main verdicts aatay rahay hain..ab bhi aajata..
Hum tu JIT bannay par bhi yehi soch rahay thay ke JIT ka matlab hai matti pao..aur shayad judges matti pao karna chahtay hain.. judges main agar himmat ya neeyat ki kami hoti tu woh kabhi bhi aisy members choose na kartay jo itni honesty se kaam kartay aur na hi judges itni strict monitoring karty ke sharif family ki saari tactics against JIT fail hojaatein... agar judges chahtay tu JIT ko Hussain Nawaz ki pic leak par hi controversial banaa saktay thay.. Imagine..if Qazi Faez Isa or Dost Muhammad was part of this bench? Pihr kia hota?
Aur jahaan tak baat hia IK ke pressure ki....tu woh sab tu Hudaibya case main bhi tha.. everyone was almost sure ke hudaibya tu reopen ho hi jayega as there were so many evidences .. people were saying its an open and shut case..but hua kiya? Wohi IK aur SR ka pressure tha....media hype bhi uss case ki bhi bhtt thee.. Justice Khosa ka note bhi tha on hudaibya case...panama case ke saaray judges ke remarks bhi thay....
Rahi baat time barred issue ki...tu iss par bhi already precedent mojood tha..NS ke hi case ka.....plane hijacking case which was reopened after 10 yrs and decided in favor of NS again..
Tu hudaibya case main bhi sab kuch wohi tha....sirf judges main farq tha..IK aur Sh Rashid kuch nahi karsakay...hudaibya case main
