This VIP trial handling and unending VVIP treatment by CJP must be stopped.

What will the CJP achieve by letting Sharifs go abroad?

Sympathy on humanitarian grounds?

What about sympathy for the looted and fleeced people of Pakistan who rot in their load shedding riddled, contaminated water drinking, health hazards and corruption plagued society thanks to four decades rule of this corrupt mafia?

Is there any sympathy for the common man?

If Sharifs are let go on account of appearing neutral or to appease the Sharifs Propaganda of victimization then read such previous posts: if so happens then it's going to be only fair to comment that our Judiciary led by CJP has still not wizened up to Sharif's political propaganda and antics, a lesson well learned by establishment after Dawn Leaks but still and stubbornly enough, not being learned by our honourable Judiciary to date despite countless tip of the shoe strikes by the ever blackmailing political bastards of General Zia.

Im telling you, The idea to change lawyer inadvertently came from CJP.

The accused are taking advantage of this exchange between Khwaja Harris and CJP:

With regards to the hearing on the daily basis, former PM’s counsel Advocate Khwaja Haris said that he does not work on Sundays or beyond the court timing. “If I could work till midnights then why could you not do it,” the CJP remarked.

Khwaja Haris said that the CJP could not bind him to work on Sundays adding his client is ready to go to jail but he does not want justice in hurry. At this, the CJP observed “God knows better whether your client is going to jail or not but it cannot make it a plea that you won’t work on Saturdays or Sundays. Ask your client to hire another lawyer if you are not willing to work on Sundays,” the CJP remarked in response to Advocate Haris.

Remember the words of Panama Bench:

If it still does then we all know who do we need to thank for it!

At least this much should be enough for the judiciary to stand in the way of any deal what so ever. To prove to the nation that it can stand guard of its own promise to it.

If Sharifs are able to postpone verdicts till elections then it is going to be the biggest rigged elections and a farce of it in the name of Fair and Free. Ironically, also promised by the CJP.

There is still a possibility that Sharifs just chopped off their own legs again. Instead of being let go abroad, now they might be put on ECL to stop from running away by using delaying tactics of changing lawyer at the concluding stage.

It all depends on how the CJP counters this cunning move by the Sharifs or looks the other way.

The next moves shall be self explanatory about the fate of the cases.
