I dont think so. Either Start with Nawaz and Maryam or treat the others with the same knee trembling overlook.



What about the Speeches of Nawaz and Maryam...why not no action on them from start? No excuse of overlook stands. SCP is not about excuses but for Sharifs.


I dont think that any game has started but what is continuing with the common people of Pakistan vs Elites like Sharifs...always getting away with special, out of the norm treatment despite continuous and unprecedented contempt.

Making excuses for SCP by us that Nawaz is seeking political suicide or shahadat is not even funny anymore. It is about rule of law or abandoning the law altogether if it is about Sharifs...always a special treatment.

The problem is with the subservient attitude of SCP and HC judges. Starting with the curtailed panama judgement, with the exception of Justice Khosa and Gulzar, even CJP has acted in a subdued and at best a reactionary manner in the matters related to Sharifs.

How can a three member bench of SCP deny reopening of a criminal case which is exactly what Hudaibya is? Criminal cases never expire...period...but for Sharifs there is aways some excuse in their favour.

They are such pompus @rses that even after so much regard from SCP they turn around, mock, ridicule and insult the very institution that has protected their interest for decades and they even got favoured in Panama case and got away with just a feather weight verdict of DQ on Iqama.

Criminal cases never expire... but for sharifs there is always a way out...just like the proceedings of disqualification term case...special invitation to Nawaz and Tareen to present arguments in an old old case is what else but special treatment and keep a balance between PTI and PMLN...what about other MNAs who got DQ...why were they not invited...equal rule of law ki colourful @$$ in full view.

I am not making this up from a figment of my below average imagination, According to Aetezaz Ahsan: SCP is already under pressure from the aggressive attitude of Nawaz and Co...what to say about the condition of accountability judge Mr Bashir who faces an accused coming in official motorcade protocol of 30 cars and from who the scp is already under pressure to keep overlooking contempt after contempt led by the father-daughter duo.

Like i stated the exception of Justice Khosa and Gulzar, we witness another landmark verdict from Justice Khosa on Nehal Hashmi. I so hope that if ever dared and taken up by SCP, Nawaz Contempt case ends up in a bench with Justice Khosa and Gulzar.

Coz in that case they will again cry mijhy q nikala ... I want them to be exposed completely in actual crime of corruption money laundering, mis use of power... Prosecution against court attempt willbe too lame penalty and these criminals will utilize to gain sympathy of our uneducated awaam

I second your sentiments about sentencing in crimes of corruption but my pov is that contempt by Nawaz is also an actual crime and lack of response has literally left it a free for all and instead of holding Nawaz and Maryam in contempt, it is not fair to hold their minions accountable while not touching the masters for the same crime.

The way Nawaz and Maryam has started contempt is an Actual and completely separate Crime that they are being allowed to get away with on what grounds but special treatment.

This constant contempt has even prompted people on the streets like you and me to resonate the sentiments of senior lawyers like Aitezaz Ahsen who are saying that this is nothing but special treatment.

5 panama judges + 3 IK case judges + Justice Maqbool Baqar + Justice Sajjad Ali Shah = 10 judges who are fair and honest

3 hudaibya case judges (Qazi Faez Isa, J Mushir Alam, Justice Mazhar alam Miankhel) + Justice Dost Muhammad = 4 judges who are pro Nawaz and pro status quo

2 judges, namely ...Justice Manzoor Ahmed Malik and J Tariq Masood are left to be seen...but i think RealisticChange once mentioned them to be in pro Nawaz camp..i think i remember him mentioning atleast J Manzoor Ahmed Malik to be in pro Nawaz camp.. not sure abt J Tariq Masood though... does anyone else remembers it also? @PakSword @Shane

@bold this is the most shocking... i mean..how can any judge..abstain from giving any verdict..citing personal reasons? Personal reasons? Like really? Is se tu acha tha ke woh dissenting note likh detay..it would still have been more honorable and dignified conduct.. but ye kia baat hui ke main verdict nahi likh raha..due to personal reasons??? Agar koi issue tha...he should have recused himself from the bench..pehle hi..lekin poora case sun kar..aur verdict ke time par keh rahay hian ke mian nahi de raha verdict...? Personal reasons ki wajah se? Ye kia baat hui? Verdict ke time par kon si personal reason nikal aayi?

J Khosa ne bhi tu hudaibya case se khud ko pehle hi alag kardiya tha... yebhi khud ko bench se pehle hi alag kardetay......but ohh.... main bhi kis ko kis se compare karrahi hun.. J Khosa ka bhala...inn se kia comparison??
