Once u said this tht J Ijaz ul Ahsan will be brutally fierce in monitoring and also..when the time comes..he will do the right thing.. Is tht info..still relevant? Whoever is establishment, the bottom line is that it is the only pillar left holding the fort for the nation, the other pillars are busy minding their own interests and fighting for their own imbecile existence.

Judiciary has failed us. Nations who have two laws for the Rich and the Poor are bound to be destroyed. So is the saying of our Prophet SalAllahuAliaheWaSallam.

Establishment must be already well informed as to what suits best for our Nation, the saying of the PBUH or vested interests of the status quo.

In my circle, or that I usually quote or I refer here; terms Establishment as parts in Judiciary, Pakistan Army, parts of bureaucracy, as well as politicians.....yes...politicians There are politicians which are part of this whole “set”.

I respectfully disagree tiny bit that Judiciary has failed us in this case, it has unquestionably disappointed us on a lot of occasions and we can list down hundreds - which undoubtedly changed the course for Pakistan.

@bold Ok... Its bit confusing... Can u elaborate a bit more.. What do u think comes within monitoring? Do u think... Checking tht clear and open illegalities dont occur in these trials..come in scope of monitoring? Like accountability court judge gave bails..which isnt his jurisdiction and can b only given by hogh court or supreme court.. Accountability court judge can only issue arrest warrant but not bails but here he did which is illegal
Also, indictment cant be done in absentia .. Its also illegal and will help accused later..They can get relief on this ground later
Dont u think monitoring must ensure tht such illegalities dont happen which clearly favor the accused only?

In other words...simply....what is the scope of monitoring? What do u think monitoring judge can do? When u say he will play role of monitoring judge only and nothing else and yet u say...he will do the right thing and will be fierce in monitoring... I get confused... I really want to understand.. What comes in its scope? Like any example? What do u think J ijaz ul Ahsan can do as monitoring judge? @Realistic Change

You are right.. I know about the establishment you are referring to.. Even some big feudal lords are part of it.. some media people.. some big business tycoons.. some industrialists.. They are the major decision makers..

But don't you think that major portion of establishment is occupied by military and bureaucracy?


And since you are quite knowledgeable, do you think that NS has tried to create a parallel establishment and he has been partially successful in it? I mean he put his men in bureaucracy while purchasing others.. he purchased media outlets.. He was able to control judiciary as well.. What's your opinion?

I believe that the higher the judiciary, the higher its failure. It has completely failed us because it treats each pakistani according to his/her status and influence in society. The poor have next to no reprieve or access beyond the lower judiciary simply because they don't have the means. The higher judiciary is mostly concerened with the elite.

The judiciary have conveniently developed two sets of application of laws, one for the not so elite and another for the powerful elite. It doles out justice just the same, it just depends on who is at which side of the fence.

Judiciary or civil bureaucracy or government is not part of estab as in its current status. There have been exceptions like GIK but at the core is not it.

They take all of the produce to gulf states.. They pay peanuts to the farmers in return..

I don't blame them as that land would have been useless anyway if not utilized.. So, Pakistan has a lot of agricultural land being wasted due to feudal lords.. and small farmers not having enough money to invest in the modern techniques.. Feudal lords don't grow, and also don't let others grow on vast portions of land..
