Qatari Prince refuses to appear in person before JIT

ISLAMABAD: Qatari Prince Hamad Bin Jasim Bin Jaber Al Thani has on Monday responded to the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) by sending in a letter but on the other hand has apologised from appearing in person before the investigating team.

According to the letter submitted to the JIT, the Prince wouldn’t be able to come to Pakistan due to his personal engagements.

Reportedly, Hussain Nawaz had suggested the JIT to record Hamad Bin Jasim Bin Jaber Al Thani’s statement through video link, which they rejected.

On the other hand, the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has received the reply of Qatari Prince through a letter.

According to reports, Pakistan’s mission in Doha had received Qatari Prince’s reply three days ago.

Nahi bhai JIT change nahi hona chahy ... if they are doing right thing then they should continue and we should support them

So what kind of thing this "bamboo" is that will be happening to both SC and PMLN which are apprantly miles apart now. I mean, SC ko kisi na kya kahana ha, han PMLN ka kaho tu samj ati ha baat.

Nothing like that is happening yaar as far as ii can see, not happening without destroying the reputation of SC at least. What makes you feel that way?

Don't under estimate advocate.. he has already sought reply from JIT on Hussain Nawaz's petition regd picture leak.. it seems he also thinks, like Hussain Nawaz tht JIT is behind picture leak.. he has asked JIT to submit their reply by Monday.. Advocate should have used common sense..tht its PML N who has benefitted from this pic leak, and is trying to gain sympathy, and exploiting it..and JIT is not in control of CCTV cameras..he should have dismissed H Nawaz's petition on last hearing but he has asked JIT to reply to Hussain Nawaz's baseless allegations.. Hussain Nawaz has also requested to stop vid recordings.. I am afraid and worried tht advocate doesn't accept it..

also.. in the last hearing Justice Ijazul Ahsan remarked tht its not vid leak..but only a screen shot when h nawaz' lawyer was requesting to stop vid recording.. nw I am afraid tht next step of govt would be..thtgovt might leak vid too...after which advocate would surely blame JIT, even if he doesn't do it on Monday.. somehow I donot see JIT being able to continue...till 60 days without being replaced...

Godforbid..if theres another leak...tu phir advocate kia karein ge? both advocate and pakora judge cant be trusted.. and PML N still has many tricks..to use

There is EVERYTHING else indicating that JIT is working properly

It wont be easy for ANYONE to poke their noses in matters of JIT. I hope and pray that things will remain on track.

If JiT is revised then supreme court will start loosing its credibility ... as i have mentioned previously that this JIT and supreme court is going to right history ... either they will implement rule of justice in Pakistan or either they will implement law of jungle in Pakistan ...

sir I don't think there is a need to change any JIT member as this case is setting the process way forward and the process itself has to be right ... right process is as important as right conclusion oterwise we can end up having another Iftikhar Chaudhry ...

So SC has to avoid any sort of pressure and unless there is some geniune concern (which we know there are none) we should change JIT team as it will set wrong precedent ...

hopefully this JIT will set Pakistan on the right course ...

Too much at stake ... Out of which hope is the biggest because nations prosper on hope and if nations lost hope then they loose sole and remains is a dead body ...
