Dude thats an international forum and that video is Turkish, you should at least translate the basic part of that video.
I watched the first minutes, Osman Pamukoğlu is a former soldier, he's talking about recent skirmishes at Hakkari Şemdinli region that started in the late july and still ongoing, he says the main cause of that Iran opened and supporting several Pkk camps in some strategic locations(he gave names but I will not put one by one) because of the recent Syria issue.
I will watch the rest and translate.

Pamukoglu says Barzani is a double headed snake. He secretly supports PKK terrorists and wants to benefit from recent events to enlarge Kurdish influence in neighbouring countries.
He also says Turkey has to improve border posts. They are outdated and need to be updated like other counties to better defend our borders.
