We've had many pilots of his calibre even better before 71, but after 71 there wasnt a war on such a large scale where they could've shown their skills. On the contrary has Bangladesh ever had a pilot at even 1/4 of his capability.
All paf pilots were given the same training and were on par with eachother although there are some exceptions some natural talents but what Azam did anyother pilot (from Paf) would've done the same without a doubt he was given the opportunity and was at the right place at the right time.

Everything is not about money why wasn't Bangladesh ever able to rival PAF as an institute after your independance.
