As usual, Muslims' crocodile tears and self victimization are now full speed ahead, on the backdrop of Gaza War. The reality is Hamas deliberately provoke Israel into attack and Muslims deliberately need someone to hate.

Fortunately, not all Arabs are such xxxx. There is still light as some Arabs stick their head out and speak the truth. Speaking on Palestinian TV, Ibrahim Khreisheh, envoy to UNHRC, says ‘missiles being launched against Israel constitute crime against humanity

Responding to a question about the Palestinians’ demand to appeal to the International Criminal Court at The Hague (ICC) against Israel, Khreisheh responded: “The missiles that are now being launched against Israel, each and every missile constitutes a crime against humanity, whether it hits or missed, because it is directed at civilian targets…Therefore, targeting civilians, be it one civilian or a thousand, is considered a crime against humanity.”

Relating to Israel’s mode of operation in Gaza during Operation Protective Edge, Khreisheh states: “Please note that many of our people in Gaza appeared in TV and said that the Israeli army warned them to evacuate their homes before bombardment. In such a case, if someone is killed, the law considers it a mistake rather than intentional killing, because (the Israelis) followed the legal procedures.”

He goes on to say that Hamas, firing from PA controlled areas, does not warn civilians before firing on them and by doing so is committing a war crime: “As for the missiles launched from our side, we never warn anyone about where these missiles are about to fall, or about the operation we carry out.”

. . .
Pathetic source choice.

The institute was co-founded in 1998 by Yigal Carmon, a former Israeli military intelligence officer and Meyrav Wurmser, an Israeli-born, Americanpolitical scientist
...
Brian Whitaker, the Middle East editor for The Guardian newspaper at the time, wrote in a public email debate with Carmon in 2003, that his problem with MEMRI was that it "poses as a research institute when it's basically a propaganda operation".[5] Earlier, Whitaker had charged that MEMRI's role was to "further the political agenda of Israel." and that MEMRI's website does not mention Carmon's employment for Israeli intelligence, or Meyrav Wurmser's political stance, which he described as an "extreme brand of Zionism".

It appears the translators employed by MEMRI do not even have a good grasp pf Arabic:

CNN's Glenn Beck later invited Yigal Carmon onto his program to comment on the alleged mistranslation. Carmon criticized CNN's translators understanding of Arabic stating: "Even someone who doesn't know Arabic would listen to the tape and would hear the word 'Jews' is at the end, and also it means it is something to be done to the Jews, not by the Jews. And she (Octavia Nasr) insisted, no the word is in the beginning. I said: 'Octavia, you just don't get it. It is at the end.'" Brian Whitaker, a Middle East editor for the Guardian newspaper (UK) later pointed out that the word order in Arabic is not the same as in English: "the verb comes first and so a sentence in Arabic which literally says 'Are shooting at us the Jews' means 'The Jews are shooting at us.'"[55]

And considering that the "Palestiinan" (sic) UNHRC envoy is not even named, I doubt he is any such thing.

With 90% of Israeli war casualties being military (not because Hamas lacks capabilities to reach civilian areas but because it'd rather use its tunnels to attack troops) and 90% of Palestinian casualties being civilian, this - who's targeting civilians or not - is not a topic worth debating for anyone with a brain.
