What's new

Pakistan's top court frees men convicted of kidnapping and murdering Daniel Pearl

The prosecution miserably failed to prove ... even USA IT forensic expert from FBI kept laptop in his custody for several days but failed to extract any laptop data for conviction.
The time/date line presented in courts were all fake.
So how court will proceed - only on the wish of USA or India?
May be USA wants another Ms Afia Siddiqui like to convict on lies and fabricated charges ... !

Yeah Yeah...fine...

Now don't whinge about staying in Grey list for long....

. . . .
He was a journalist who was lured. What was his mission according to you?
Issue is Omar sheikh only kidnap him he was killed by Khalid sheikh Mohammad according to his friend and with her on trip asra nomani. Omar sheikh served 18yrs that's max for kidnapping
It should be obligatory for the courts to issue a statement as they did in the Asia Bibi case. Why is he released? Was he wrongly convicted? Was his sentence too harsh? Whats the detail? Lets not forget he's spent 18 years in prison already.

So what has changed now?
Changed his role he was kidnapper not his killer
the guy sent money for terror activity most probably to md atta .
He punished by the Court already crime he commit nothing to do FATF also FATF won't work on guess

kidnapper is no less than a killer if result is murder .

I agree, I would love it if all court proceedings were televised live. This will in itself eliminate many doubts.

Justice should not just be done but it should show that justice has been carried out.

Pakistani courts should learn from New Zealand, not only did they swiftly provided justice to the victims by punishing the terrorist that killed the masjid goers but you could see that justice was carried out fairly and in timely fashion.

How does that justify the murder of Pearl?

It doesn't. It is against our religion to murder an innocent person.
