Thats the way it works. If india raises a tender for $10 billion for military equipment and gives it to western company then india is good to work with, so is saudi arabia.
You can ask how is iran or sri lanka not better than these countries? Iran certainly has better internal stability than pakistan so does sri lanka. But they dont toe the western line and hence get the stick.

What does your point of view has to do with this entire thread. Secondly what do you expect we are sitting next to Afghanistan which is worlds largest opium producer. Lastly UK has been ranked just one point below Pakistan in terms of drug addiction.
