Mengal, Bugtis etc etc etc, are people who run their own private jails, no one can buy / sell / travel in their areas without their permission. Heck no one can't even get married without Nawab's permission. They will not allow state to open welfare / school or other offices.

Balochistan has more pushtuns compared to balochs, and pushtuns have no such sentiments, thus mengal is wrong is saying that whole of baluchistan has such concerns. And as for Baluchis, the majority of the people having such sentiments consists of Mengals, Murris & Bugtis used to have. Things are changing and with more look after and economic development, such sentiments will go away.

And as for Mengals, we know all about them. Even though a few mengals are serving in the armed forces too.

For example UAE have more Indian then emeratis but if one talks about UAE's sentiments it means emeratis only.

QUETTA: A powerful bomb blast, near the house of a former federal minister NaseerMengal, followed by aerial firing killed nine and injured at least 12 on Friday, DawnNews reported.
Police cordoned off the blast site on Arbab Akram Khan Road and the injured were taken to the Civil Hospital Quetta.

At the same time, the Baluch separatists also do not have the right to impose their views on the pro-Pakistan Baluch and other 'indigenous' ethnic groups in the province, that outnumber them.

The Baluch separatists do not have the right to destroy any opportunities for progress and development in the province for the significant majority that are not separatists, through their resort to violence and other destabilizing activities.

People love making comparisons of the situation in Baluchistan to 1971 East Pakistan, but as Zafar Hilaly, Cyril Alemeida and various other journalists have argued, the demographics of Baluchistan just don't support a 'Bangladesh style solution'.

There are many tribes in Balochistan... Mengal is also, and all tribes have there own representators.....
May be these sentiments are getting common among specific tribes.. But Its not represents the all tribes and other ethinic groups..

That's a fair point this is not like 1971 when the demographics, location etc are totally diffrent. However I do feel this is not just purely a economic issue, there has been human rights abuses from both sides in the conflict. From what I have read online the biggest single issue is education and the literacy levels in Baluchistan has to be increased so the next generation stay in school rather than taking up arms.
