In other words Kerry-Lugar Bill = carrot on a stick. The American government/CIA/American army all want to make Pakistan its donkey state, and Pakistan is better off without it. Americans want to use and abuse Pakistan until it achieves its goals in the region, and then throw away Pakistan like a used tissue paper after it gets what it wants. And US does not care about Pakistan's interests in the region. For the U.S. Pakistan is only a donkey to be used.

Most of it is in the form of civilian aid because previous aid was used to fund the Pakistani military thats why the bill now has strings attached.

Well CIA might be pissed off with ISI double game. ISI seems helping USA and Taliban at the same time. BTW Americans are not fools.

I dont know what exactly ISI does and who ISI helps but I do know that ISI's job is to protect Pakistan's interests especially in its neighbourhood.

actually it is clear now that CIA was working inside PAKISTAN to destabilize it and was working on plane to 1st bring PAKISTAN to a stage of failed state and then divide it and exploit divided parts in even better way that is crux of that matter.

If the above statement is true then Pakistan will be a graveyard for CIA agents as its not Iraq or Afghanistan where CIA can easily mange to control the governments. Pakistan has never compromised on its defence and national security and americans will be fool if they are trying to break Pakistan. They have to Remember this fact that it was ISI which broke USSR in several pieces.

Ah, so I have guessed right. You're taking the easy way out by blaming the U.S. But the "easy way out" is what I think of Pakistani behavior in general. If you're the best Pakistan has to offer and you remain wedded to this foolish belief it'll be another generation before Pakistanis can rise up to the level of today's Arabs and realize that their country is their own and they need not put up with injustice imposed on them by their own corrupt officials. America is trying to rouse up the FATA and Khyber-Pakhtoonkhwa region so that it can merge with Afghanistan. This is what I believe. Proposals had already been put in place much earlier by US Intel to Balkanize Pakistan and therefore neutralize its nuclear arsenal (see what the US did in CIS countries).

Seeing that India is busy trying to raise anti-Pakistan sentiments in Balochistan, the US must have thought that this was the right time to raise tensions in NW Pakistan.

They completely underestimated the Pakistani blood in their veins. The people in those regions have always called themselves Pakistanis first and the so-called insurgencies are only supported by a tiny minority. And now their agent was caught red-handed.

Pakistan does not need to shake fists at anyone. We know how to use them and trust me when I say this: The USA can not afford a conflict with Pakistan at any cost. Forget WoT. That is nothing at all when it comes to Pakistan's real might.

You're deep, deep, in conspiracy theory territory. Do you see a way to work to get yourself out? That can be done by seeking to confirm or deny as much information yourself as possible, or seeking answers to such questions as, "How did these credible sources know more now than they did then?"
