Finally Air-defenses are going in right direction.

Not properly, because replacement of old radar specially low level ones is pending since long and with out latest gen advance radars those air defense units will be taken out in full blown war if it gets longer then 2 weeks.

I think Pakistan Don't have any Pantsir missile system

Yes we don't have them but they were offered with Buk-M2s in past and Pakistan was interested.

gradually main need for Pakistan is long range SAMs like HQ-9/S-400/ASTER-30

Seems this equipment came for testing purpose. Doesn't have PA marking. Same like T129 and Z10 for testing purpose. PA is doing intense testing of any equipment before adopting. Long ago when Pakistan adopt Chinese Mig19 , Pak aeronautical complex made 106 small and big modification in those plane.

I think it will be just a change in missiles so I suspect the Chinese have sold us HQ16s on the understanding that when the B version becomes available it will be incorporated.
