We have almost equal number of men and women....if we can utilize all our menpower and womanpower and move forward because mind you not all male go into army, pilot or navy and not all women are fragile some want to for their country!

I understood that bit and I also understand his concerns ...Women are physically, psychologically and physiologically fragile...Biology can prove that and that is what concerns others...

However, one should also realize that women also want to do this for their country...and a county should be able to recruit women because not every man is taking this position and hence, it would be good that woman can balance out the numbers we are lacking...as long as no one is forcing anyone...should be fine

Women aren't straight away taken for jobs like these,there are strict selection and training processes.

It's called Sexual Dimorphism. Exists in Humans and many other species of Fauna. The problem with recruiting Women into the Armed Forces is that it won't be an equal fight if they're to physically fight the men. But since both men and women can take high G forces if they're healthy and fit, and as flying a Plane does not involve hand-to-hand combat, Women are indeed suitable as Pilots in my view.

Many men are fragile too....only the faithful one who has the most power...and the number are not many. Talking about the topic, I never imagine Pakistan has it......USA also has combat women walking in the street of Afganistan...The thing that we should consider is when those pilot or combat officer get captured and tortured....this is the most heavy things during a war...when we get captured by our enemies......

According to our prophet.....women who cook and prepares food for the combat soldiers will also get "Jihad deeds. " Quran also tells that some Ulama should not go to war...as their knowledge is so needed for the ummah. Talking about equality, we are equal based on what we can do best. A smart, charismatic, and powerful men should fight in politics....don't have to go to war....because by using politics....he can deploy thousands warrior and war machines..and make good decision that can make the nation win a war or avoid unneeded conflict....It is also applied to women...By using all of the human power based on what they can do best....we can then be able to fully optimize our nation potential
