Obviously Pakistan Defence Production is much better efficient than India.
When did you last heard about test fails, product fails, quality issue, production issue, supply chain issue, logistics issue with Pakistan defense agencies. Its there sheer competence, hard work, better education, high quality technology and expertise that gives then a distinct edge in manufacturing. With there limited budgets, they have excelled in there domains too build some of the finest products, even after sanctions.
