The report carries an objective assessment of Pakistan’s public finance management system and its budgets from fiscal year 2015-16 to 2017-18.

This is the key here. The report is about the financial state of the country and the budgets of the previous government.

Even after thier departure - the true extent of thier damage is coming to light. It will take a good few years to fix it.

absolutely, there is no need of 18th amendment and it should be rolled back. cancelled, destroyed . A clear attempt to divide the country by the traitors
True but need majority to do this

IMF is a Death wish, a trap.
It is a necessity for you guys as of now.. Trick is to sort the house quickly before the debt trap starts falling (aka - the first repayment date arrives).. If that is passed, it will then get worse.. Ask the Greeks (and they are in Europe and Eurozone)

True but need majority to do this

There is a defined due process to annul or amend a previous constitutional amendment which has to be followed.

IMF is a Death wish, a trap.

Going to IMF was a choice to be decided by PMIK. He has made this decision in the best interests of Pakistan.

World Bank should know that Pakistan is restructuring is economy and its a process of patience. Corruption is being tackled and thus there is a certain element of insecurity which will fade away with time.
But the report is not about current state of economy but what it was between 2015 and 2018
