1) How many movies are made every year (on an average)
2) How many different languages movies are made?
3) How much does a good movie collect?
4) Piracy is an issue ? how serious is it?

Very well said and thoughtful of u. Our media is lame and just a liability that can only send the country in deep water but not help on any sensible front.

I wont speak for all language industries,my post centered around urdu industry.

Number of movies produced is too low thta u can count on fingers, but apparently the industry is in revival mode, getting back on her feet. Lack of financing is one issue. If they start prducing good stuff like they did in waar then ppl will be drawn to the screenigs ,will take time but will happen if quality work is done.

I think waar made some good collections around 20 crore ruppees.
