We both Indians and Pakistanis are Indians. India was name of this part of the world. This word was adopted by Indians as their country name. Geologically, we can say that we are Indians but our Country is Pakistan and is in that part of world which is called India.
Good Night!
There is no such thing as indigenous Pakistanis because there has been no such thing as indigenous Pakistan before 1947.
And what do you base your statement '95% of Indians proudly claim to be Aryans'? Actually most Indians I meet increasingly doubt the Aryan Invasion theory based on recent excavations.
Sadly Pakistanis seem to be not wanting to be known as of commonly Indian ancestry and the trend seems to be that having been rejected inclusion ion the arab, afghan and Turkish clans, are now hoping admittance to the greek club. good luck with that.
You people who are divided on regional lines like Punjab, sindh,Khyber, baloch or sects won't understand what is patriotiam or nationalism.the very fact that there are numerous south Indians here on this forum who claim and proud of the heritage of Indus should make you realise that we all put our nation first. No matter what we are, from which part of the country a person maybe,he treats past of this entire sub continent as his...when a teacher or mother deep down in south tells great stories of maha bharata or Ramayana to their children it doesn't even occur to them they are the stories of people who are of far north....when a north Indian makes plan to go on a pilgrimage to tirupati it doesn't occur to him that they are going to a place which is different culturally and linguistically....Irrespective of our races, languages ,skin colors we all share a common history and under lying culture. It is this unity of culture and history which keeps this country united.
Al beruni in his book al hind mentions the same thing which I said(he stayed around multan when he wrote it).
PROUD INDIANS
