Pakistanis in Indian Jails

The issue of Pakistanis languishing in Indian jails is a pretty big issue and release of prisoners is a symbol of relaxation in a tense relationship and a step towards mutual cooperation towards establishing peace in the region.

We, the people and the state of Pakistan, have time and again complained of India's response to our far more forthcoming manner in releasing Indian prisoners compared to Indian response.

The total number of Indians in Pakistani jails is 203 while number of Pakistanis in Indian Jails is 920.

Since Jan 1, 2008 Pakistan has released 800 Indian prisoners compared to India's release of 240 Pakistanis.

Labeled very much a traitor by jingoists and hyper nationalists, I have to ask whether my Indian friends have any answer for these cold shoulders?

Indian Law Permits to Release the Prisoner Only for two reasons, One if Proven Not Guilty, Second In Parole.... Now The Nation is Not Above Law, Its Separate entity when Compared to Judiciary, Its Foreign Policy Cannot Be Influenced Over the The Court of law, Releasing On The Basis of Goodwill Is Nations Headache, But before that Law has to permit, May it be a foreign National or An Indian.... Justice cannot be denied to anyone over the Grounds Of Goodwill

Or it could mean that there are a lot more Indian fishermen as compared to Pakistani in the Arabian Sea!

Can you provide the detail states?
otherwise there are possibility that those 203 Indians in Pakistani jail are innocent fisherman who cross the pakistani water by mistake while 920 Pakistani in Indian jail could also include number of intruders cought in Kashmir, or people continue to live in country after visa expiration.

Without detailed states, we can not discuss properly.
