Pakistanis Fed up with Army/ISI putting Politicians in Power & Removing Them

.
It may point to some problems with the credibility or uprightness of Pakistani media that famous newsmakers like to seek out channels outside the country to air their heterodox views. First question to ask: Is there an interviewer similar to this one. who can ask questions that are taboo inside Pakistan. Many journalists who ask difficult questions routinely get disappeared or otherwise neutralized. So a person may feel he or she needs to go outside the house to slaughter the Sacred Cows.
Only to get slaughtered on their return, or never return at all. 😂

I think people should have the option to do so on national TV, question the governance capabilities, corruption allegations, rigging, etc, but definitely some will take advantage to use "human rights" and "free speech" as an excuse to defend terrorism and many other things.

There should be a fine line on promoting things like that because in Pakistan it has real-world effects where people start exploding in the capital unlike western countries where everyone sleeps peacefully at the end of the day.

There may be something systemic going on. First the Air Marshall talks of suing for peace with India and gets ridiculed by the armchair and keyboard warriors. Now an Army General and Spy agency head spills the beans that the military has screwed the pooch so badly that the pooch needs to be in emergency room. All the 'friendly countries' are giving only a billion or 2 as deposits. IMF lady doesn't want to answer the phone. The finance minister, who is a dumbo, is asking for divine intervention. So, may be the time has come for an adult conversation about what to do with the country before it turns into a corpse.

Well the very basic first thing to do should be to kick out the dumbos and boomers, and make room for those who know what they're doing.

Until you prioritise meritocracy and discourage the nepotism/corruption you will get nowhere because there will be an endless amount of Ishaq Dars to mess things up.

Then let those people have a pragmatic debate on how to move forward...

There may be something systematic going on but not without the help from inside and who inside Pakistan is able to help outsiders but the ones responsible or presumably took this responsibility on herself and portrayed to Pakistanis in glourious song about watan ki matti and their khoon. Past 70 years, People of Pakistan fell for this scam and only recently it was revealed that "they" were only working for their Glory not Pakistan, only for their interests but not for Pakistan....at the cost of Pakistan.

With apology to Mirza Ghalib

"Dil k behlany ko Ghalib ye khayal acha hai"

I consider political parties' stalwarts as partisans not democrats not someone who are up for civilian supremacy as they only raise objection on establishment when they are out of power. "People" have zero problem with Army when their political party is helped with unconstitutional means by army. This stands true for all political parties.

Why is he talking to an Indian journalist about problems in Pakistan?

These idiots need to get their head checked.

During their careers, they tamper around the political landscape like it’s their wives boobies, and then have the gall to act all self righteous. This is what happens when an institution operates with 0 accountability.

Kaha se aaye hai ye log bhai.
Do they have the option of talking like this in pakistan?? Use your head.. pakistan is a state held hostage by colonial guard dogs..currently headed head dog munir

Technically it was political leadership of muslims including by far the large majority from Bengal.
I think the alignment with the feudal class (i.e., an elite created by the British) was a toxic blow to the cause. The Muslim Empowerment movement fell apart after the Khilafat Movement fell, and we ended up with 2 polarized sides: Muslim League and the Maulana Azad crew.

Sadly, both sides missed the point as one was okay with dependence on the non-Muslim majority, while the other didn't solve the underlying weakness in the ruling apparatus (compromised by shady characters).

As a result, Muslims in India needed help from Congress, while Muslims in Pakistan needed help from Congress (in USA). However, the average, good guy Muslim on both sides of the border is screwed: One has to deal with RSS mobs, the other with feudal thugs.
