Pakistanis condemning Pulwama terror strike on social media

I could understand the actions of a traitor if there was some level of gain e.g. financial, but for social media likes just goes to show retarded these people are.
That is the state of some people in this age, they will do anything to obtain a few likes and retweets. And the fact that they are mostly women who are doing this further proves that women seek social approval and validation and social media gives it to them when you factor in the fact that there are millions of thirsty Indian men who will give these girls attention/approval and the shabaash they are seeking.
Honestly bro they don't deserve to be anywhere near the brave men on the LOC, I also don't want them polluting my ancestral land of Azad Kashmir.
Actually that's a good point. These sellouts would jeopardize their positions.
What needs to happen is that they are thrown across the LOC into occupied Kashmir so they can experience first hand how much 'love' the forces will give
Best solution yet!!

As is the the case with most legal agreements which have clauses for abolishment. The out clause being non compliance with the pre requisites.

UN resolutions are as you said a framework for solving the issues. NOT enforceable by either party including the U.N. if either party feels that the pre-reqs are not met, the plebiscite or vote itself is non binding on either party to enforce.
The main difference between the positions of both sides then and know is that when the UNSC Resolutions were passed, there was a desire to hold a plebiscite in J&K as one entity. I think now, with a better understanding of the demographic diversity of Jammu, Kashmir, Laddakh, Gilgit Baltistan, a compromise solution can be to hold a regional plebiscite. It really is the only humane and morally correct option, to allow the various peoples to determine which country they wish to be a part of.

Jobs ----along with actions like these don't work well hand in hand
https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/indian-forces-used-human-shields-in-pulwama-encounter.602934/

The sheer scale of atrocities committed by the Indian state overshadows such superficial acts and instead, fuels the freedom struggle
Even if it was possible for me to do something, I would not play with lives of 1.2 billion people, Kashmir is a source of water for northern states, we cannot do it just to appease 220 million people, sorry to say this but Kashmir is not just a state, it's rivers are lifeline of India, punjab, HP, haryana would die off without this water, we cannot kill 500 million people for just 6 million...

.
But I guess hypocrisy comes naturally to someone whose founding father after arguing about Muslim majority states was trying to get Jodhpur, Jaisalmer to join Pak. And asking Nehru to not sell his bungalow in Bombay so he can come back. Apparently he even bought shares in Air India. And I don't even want to get into his personal life and habits.
Huh...

Nothing beats sleeping with friend's wife and having bisexual orgies though.
Junagadh acceded to Pak. Nawaz Bhutto kept requesting Pak to send food and material to its citizens in Junagadh. Only when the Govt. of Junagadh collapsed did Bhutto invite India to take over the reins of Junagadh. Even then, a plebiscite was held in Junagadh.
That word doesn't sound good from the toungue of Indian whose founding father made a comittment infront of the whole world and then turned back from it.

A water sharing agreement similar to the IWT can be negotiated and put in place prior to a plebiscite, in case of the rivers changing hands.

Kashmir is a source of water for northern states,
If there were no Kashmir dispute, why would Pakistan block India's water then?

Blocking water supply or intentional flooding of another nation is barred by the international law any ways

.
Canada with Quebec and the UK with Scotland come to mind immediately.
India's water security lies in kashmir, pakistan always wanted to fix it's water scarcity through this, I respect that but still, it's a huge water reserve for just 220 million alone...

.
The UNSC Resolutions might be 'non-enforceable',

The UNSC Resolutions on Kashmir are neither "Unenforceable" nor "Non-binding"

UN maintains that "NO SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION CAN BE DESCRIBED AS UNENFORCEABLE."

While a recommendation under Chapter VI by itself "may not" be binding, this is not the case in the Kashmir dispute. Here, the parties have consented to be bound by the resolutions of 13 August and 5 January. (13 M. WHITEMAN, DIGEST OF INTERNATIONAL LAW 360 (1968).

I meant it was before any wars. Unfortunately you not only rejected the district wise plebiscite but also tried to change the status quo by force.

Who told you that?

Another type is the youtubers who cannot afford to loose their Indian subscribers or want to gain Indian subscribers since thier population is many times ours.

Looking at your previous records I am afraid it could be done, you are asking a bigger country with large population to give up it's water security? The whole of India gets it's supply of wheat, corn, bajra etc from these 3 states, we can store water more efficiently than you can, and we too never stopped your share of water.

.
On the other hand and @Joe Shearer can confirm this - Pakistan too signed a Standstill Agreement with Kashmir which Pakistan violated.

Maharaja ALLEGED that Pakistan had violated the Standstill Agreement.
BUT the UN did not declare Pakistan the aggressor state in J&K.
Unsubstantiated allegations made by the despotic Kashmiri Raja do not carry any legal weight.

However, the fact that the Maharaja signed the so called Accession Treaty with India while the Pak-Kashmir Standstill Agreement was effective and binding on both parties, renders the 'Accession of Kashmir to India' illegal and invalid.

It's already in place, a water treaty that gives you 80% water.
Are you efficiently storing it?? No
India gets 20% share.
Is India storing it? Yes.
The fault lies in there, pakistan in 1947 wanted to secure it's water security and started this war on Kashmir, while the thing you could had done was invest in dams, hydropower plants, what did you do at that time?
Is it India's fault that you didn't made dams and powerplants that you could had built?

.
This is the real issue, what if pakistan had Kashmir? With Hindu population? Will you grant them freedom and give this fresh water storage to us?
Lives of 1.2 billion is more important than 6 million people, India is not the devil you people depict, we just want our people to live a good life.
And no outsider can take or buy land in himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, so their state remains their and ruled by their own people, it's more than freedom....

Millions of Hindus live fine in Pakistan. Yes Pakistan would not choke or do anything to the water, you simply can't geographically anyway.
I didn't say India is a devil, I'm writing about a conflict.
True you do have article 370, AJK has a similar set-up.

.
Why does Lahore have so many of them?
Well we Lahoris do have a few of such curses :P

But on a serious note i am seeing a lot of abusive posts against Lahoris is this allowed on forum now just because of few hundred idiots people are abusing the whole city? This is not limited to this thread btw @waz plz take some action.
This is what happens when you allow a considerable portion of your populace to become softies addicted to superficiality and materialism.
Saw this yesterday and just closed the tab. They are very tiny minority like .0001% of majority you will find such cream of elite burgers everywhere even neighbors will have them better we ignore their dramaybaazia rather than giving them attention they desperately want.

Democracy doesn't deny this 'right' to people either. And the complicating factor is that the status of J&K is disputed between two countries, and is recognized as such.

The government in Junagadh collapsed because of the Indian imposed embargo. You can't starve and blockade a people and then claim 'they invited us in on their own' once they decide to surrender under duress.
And they kept requesting you for food and other material. You had a boundary via the Arabian Sea. India was not legally obligated, Pakistan was. Pakistan abandoned a princely state which was had legally acceded to it.
