Pakistani tortured and murdered by Indians

There is a news going on the media that one Pakistani living in the border town strayed and crossed over to India by mistake. He has been held by Indians for several years.

Now his body has been returned to Pakistan via Wagha with worst torture.

Torture that includes his eyes being gouged out and his lower body being crushed.

Can some one please find that news and put that here.

If true, that would be severe blow for Indians who want to complain if anything happens to their soliders captured by Pakistan in the future.

apparently he had 3 charges and 2 were dropped for lack of evidence and it was hoped the 3rd one would be found to be bogus too and result in release. One of his arms was completely severed.
