Yes but China is also a big importer of rice as well and China has given Pakistan access to rice market under FTA which consist of $2 billion. So it is good that out rice is going to China. Jasmine cultivation is also starting in Pakistan plus Ari6 is largely consumed in China and is heavily produced in Pakistan.

Chinese prefer rice which are much stickier as compared to basmati rice which is dry after cooked

Fruits needs to be processed. There are many processing plants who do it on rent in Punjab. What do you want to export it mainly depends on that.

Cherries when exporting to China need to be worm free and washed and packed. Now the processed fruits are also coming into domestic Pakistan market as well.

Pakistan also Produce sticky rice too about 20 to 30 percent.

Must focus on zingiang too.
They have some very same dish as peshwari pulao. And they use basmati rice for it.
