I have had to go for a regular workout and watched my food intake to stay fit in the modeling business. I did extensive workout in the gym for about six months to get back in shape. I still don’t watch my diet so meticulously, but I do exercise and go regularly to the gym. Working out is healthy and good for everyone anyway!
