In EU, USA and other countries there are very harsh rules about media.

They have to disclose their source of income and whether they are receiving any funding from foreign countries. In case yes, they are required to register themselves as "Foreign agents". Failing to do so result in immediate shutdown and prosecution which results in jail terms.

Now why are DAWN, Geo, Tribune not registered as "Foreign Agents" in Pakistan or shutdown? Even though they have not disclosed their foreign funding?

So many fake and factional stories. Pakistani media needs to be controlled through media laws. Media, social Media and print media all have to be held responsible.

We need max three to four national news channels and all others should be regional channels.
