Well ... I am thinking about $400 million that went down the drain. It could have been put to a better use by Pakistani govt like eliminating poverty or flood relief.

There wouldn't have been a problem if Fai had paid his taxes like a good citizen, non payment of which has resulted in America sinking deeper into the economic mess. Had he paid his taxes it would have gone a long way towards American economic recovery. The ISI's contribution towards the payment of his taxes would have in turn helped America feed their GIs in Afghanistan. Jeeez!
