Makes a lot of sense. There is no way the US would choose Pakistan over India ... if anything the US-Pak relationship has been faltering ever since the Clinton-era nuclear sanctions and the ensuing war on terror.

Completely agree. There is simply no reason whatsoever for any US leader to side with innocent Kashmiris deprived of their special autonomous status, deprived of their elected parliament, and deprived of their basic human rights for a year now, never mind the state violence, aggressions, human shielding, pellet injuries, minor abuse, summary executions - all documented. Why would US extend the providence enjoined upon its people by its founding fathers onto other people from other countries? It's not like US has a habit of using such matters to sanction, bomb or boycott those nation states that perpetrate such acts. It's not like US exports democracy, freedom and rule of law consistently or anything dumb like that.

I agree, the issue isn't who supports who, if that was the case this would have been resolved after the 1962 war (America and Britain, with India, had promised a negotiated settlement if Pakistan did not attack, which they didn't).

No country can force another to act against their will, after "Do More" from America for 20 years it had to negotiate with the Taliban after begging Pakistan to help.
Even after a decade of massive pressure, Pakistan has not signed the FMCT treaty, the only country in the world that refuses to do so.

In effect countries are able to hold off a certain amount of pressure if they truly want something,
the issue is, our region will not have peace until the Kashmir issue is resolved to everyone's satisfaction, we need to move on and India needs to behave like a mature country.

If the British and the Irish can resolve the Northern Irish issue, which they have, and if we have already more then once come close to finding a solution, which we did, I do not see why a final resolution cannot be found that is acceptable to all the parties, it just requires a will and mature behaviour.

so?... we know

What deep states wants goes. Many US presidents genuinely felt for the Palestinians but were completely powerless to get them any justice.

India will be supported because of strategic concerns not because it a good guy... too many criminalities of india to list.

The U.S. troops stationed in Afghanistan all rely on supplies from Pakistan. If Pakistan bans U.S. transport vehicles, the U.S. forces in Afghanistan can only starve to death

most of them are on the way out. with China's recent deal with Iran it makes even more unlikely US can maintain in afganistan. US's partner in crime india cannot compete and no body else is supporting US...

If the US military withdraws from Afghanistan, it means that the US military has failed. Many Americans are reluctant to admit.
Moreover, the US military stationed in Afghanistan will spend a lot of military expenses. This is an excuse for the legal corruption of American generals. Too many senior generals are unwilling to lose this cheese.

American troops 12,000 and costs $45 billion.
Where do you think this money is spent?

What about the Afghans? Do they eat desert sand?

No one is good guy. "iss humaam mai sab nange hain". This is the game of interests.

I am all supporter of Mr Joe Biden. But his success is very hard in the presence of Israeli lobby in Washington.

Usa is always against poor people even inside USA
I don't agree. It's all about how strong your foreign policy is. The good example is your neighbors. Compare India and China.
China has bigger economy than India and rich than India. But we have the world our side in between India and China standoff in Ladakh. You can mock as much you want and can twist the story but India has the world because of it's strong foreign policy.

Who is the third candidate? Anyone?
