The radome look like smaller and printed in black., only AESA rader need a smaller space.

yes, It is difficult to believe about AESA radar fitted in JF17 until some valid source gives this information.However,From this picture, it is clearly visible that 50- JF17 are being printed in PAF colour to be deliver soon in coming months.
