No one in their right mind will endorse American and NATO action in Afghanistan. We don't want superpowers meddling in our region because we have already seen how brutal they were in Iraq war.

If we wanted to punish you, we would have got involved in this war on terror with them by supporting with our troops. We have just made it clear to everyone that our involvement will pertain to rebuilding Afghanistan and nothing more. We had already experienced getting drawn into wider war with LTTE in Sri Lanka. So, our people were dead set not to be drawn again into regional war this time around.

Now regarding this Kabul bombing, we have these intercepts(according to american intelligence) which point to ISI involvement. You may want to deny it and challenge the world, but you know that there is substantial precedent with your ISI for these kind of proxy operations. After all OBL was found in your backyard and you may deny that to some coincidence. Also you guys have been saying openly that we opened some 21 embassies in Afghanistan to fund and sponsor terrorism in your country. So, in this context we see motivation on your part to intimidate us.
