It's not a matter of saying congratulations, but with the esteemed IT sector India one, one would think they would take better measures to avoid such incidents.

so by your logic no website in the USA should ever get hacked because they are world leaders in IT ? Seriously stop trying to find points to cry over.

Well, cyber warfare is (or is becoming) a huge challenge nowadays. Sure it is unsavory, unpleasant, as are many things in the world, but it is a global phenomena. The US's secret intelligence files, as well as sensitive information in other programs have been hacked many a times, & the US considers this a serious challenge. With the world reputed & esteemed IT sector that India has, more should be done to make sure that these incidents are avoided.

Most of the Government sites are poorly designed with a lot of loop holes to hack in.
