there is something wrong with this picture - bad photoshop?

what's with the oddly placed foot on which she's balancing herself and yet seems to be extending out of nowhere - her le's going straight right?

I'm not sure if it's photoshopped I don't think so since looks like she's kneeling one leg u can see part of her leg extending to her foot behind/under where her knee is.
