one of the biggest reasons for having fashion weeks in Pakistan, most of the embroidered work in the world goes out from Pakistan :pakistan::pakistan::pakistan:

yes, but the purpose of the fashion week is to reduce the amount of cloths worn by the woman, so its actually the opposite of it :woot:, by seeing the trend through fashion week we will be exporting half of what we export nowadays

Less cloth, but not at a reduced price though. But you're right, less cloth also equals less embroidery, and that could diminish export if it is embroidery we're exporting, and the less-cloth clothes market is already saturated.

KP, is that trend you talk about also reflected in the society? I haven't been there for a few ears, and I trust you to have been a good set of eyes!

quite wrong there mate, designers will make wt ever the market is demanding, its like a doctor moving from a village to a city for more costumers, u might be surprised how many people buy that stuff and the heavily embroidered wedding dresses.
