How have we ignored this HUGE industry? Our drama serials are loved in many countries and i found that we do not have a general dedicated thread to discuss these serials. Starting this new one. Hope this can be made sticky.

Just completed watching it janab. Looks interesting. Doo sawal however,

1. It is a light mood drama ya pretty serious and heavy one?
2. ENDING? NO MOOD TO WATCH A SAD ENDING!!

Is ka plot ni mila Wiki pa that y i am asking.

No sad ending but villain must be killed you know better why
It is non comedy light drama with many funny things even villain with creepy Punjabi like dialogues made you laugh.
Main point is Mehar Sokharab developed a taste to marry every beautiful girl in his village.

My all time fav drama ..is Dhoop kinare ..... I dont know how many times..i have watched tht drama...atleast 20 times.. Ek ek dialogue yaad hai...

Hw many of you..have watched Malal.written by Umera Ahmed? .jo 4-5 yrs pehle Hum tv par aaya tha? Nt comedy though.. I loved it.. Its being repeated on hum sitaray these days again.. @Arsalan

I DONT watch drams, i have in the past, like Dhuwan (like 15 times or more), ABC, Tanhaiaan (re-run), Dhoop Kinaray (one of the very best) serials about Kashmir Freedom Movement and quite a few others, not anymore. Now it is Hollywood movies ya English Serials/Seasons. Will only watch the serial that have already ENDED (not just the season have ended but the program have ended ) and then i can download and watch. Started this thread because i saw that there is no dedicated thread to discuss all current, past of future dramas for Pakistani industry, sort of GENERAL DISCUSSION ON THIS TOPIC.



Will also like to mention that our drams are still lovable but sad to mention that we now getting influenced by Indian drams now. More music and sound effects than dialogues - HATE IT. Hopefully this trend will end very soon and we will continue producing some of the best serials.

I was asking him about "Mein Mar Gai Shaukhat Ali" or something like that. It was RECOMMENDED BY HIM. Mujy tu naam sa khofnaak sa lg raha tha zra so i asked.


Actually, to give you and others an idea, it started off with a discussion where i asked that since it have been long since i watched a Pakistan drama and that i am now thinking to watch a Pakistani serial, preferable light mood, romantic-Comedy and he and some other friends like @The Sandman were recommending a few names. That was in an irrelevant thread so i decided to move the discussion here.

I like lemon pepsical English translated an Israeli series bro I loved it.

Sad that she appeared in just one drama.

I think I was not born at that time even Janjhaal Pura suggested by my brother and recently I watched it.

I only remember my favorite English series Bay Watch and many times my father caught me watching this and finally he gave up.
I like lemon pepsical English translated an Israeli series bro I loved it.
