No. This can't be true. This is beyond ridiculous. These elected educated officials and they can't make such a senseless claim. Do they look around. Have they forgotten they are in Afghanistan and not America.

First of all we are housing over 3 million refugees and countless unregistered ones so it really stands to reason why any Pakistani would go to Kabul to beg when Afghans come here running away from the hell that is their nation.

Everyday thousands cross over or try to cross over.

Thirdly to ruin the face of Afghanistan? Your nation is in a civil war, terrorism is rampant, economy is crumbling and opium accounts for 90 percent of it so those beggars are not Pakistani spies but your own people trying to get some money bcz their useless govt was unable to provide them any form of relief.

This is unbelievable. I knee the afghan govt was low but never thought they were this mad.
