'Pakistan Zindabad' nameplate finally removed from Bangladesh

Bangladeshi or not, anybody who is posting to irritate an entire section of members - What the heck! even one member - isn't doing much for the forum or much to encourage reasonable discussion and debate. Lots of stuff happens; there is a million times, maybe a billion times more that happens than PDF can accommodate. So why do we need to post about this, or, like that Netherlands-based airhead, post rape threads about India?

The forum being one where the majority of posts is silly topics/posts is not a position with its feet embedded in concrete. We can, if we choose, improve the tone; it's posts that not only don't try to do this, but actually set out to worsen things that makes this a buffalo-wallow.

Its up to the mods to decide +

I mean how long was that ashok guy allowed here verbatim non-stop?...doing pretty much this but on like steroids of the nth degree?

Not to mention cretins like manlion ....and the others you mention starting the same old kind of thread that you again mention.... just to instigate (but lo and behold...they get their good share of upvotes from the needy mob too). I say give him the boot, but I understand others love his stuff (it serves an agenda of theirs)...and in the end the elders decide (and their mandate on that guy is clear....disturbing...but clear).

Is everyone (or large enough majority at least) rushing in united clarion call for action against those members on principle? Of course not...all depends on the larger mobs standards/popularity contest emotions.... esp those chosen ones that say they are running this place in the first place.

Its action across the board...or no action as far as I am concerned (when we go into intent-instigation type threads that are deemed to fall "within" the overall rules whatever those are). I am a firm enemy towards selectivity and dbl standards basically. Full monty or nothing at all. Only the latter though is as close to status quo as possible... hence far more prevalent (given the other way alters the landscape considerably, and higher ups fear what it would do more broadly for whatever objectives they have for this forum).... It is what it is.

So nope, I am not going to criticize Riyad...he is just one pretty small example of far broader (tolerated) symptom. I'm fine with the "do nothing" as long as "forum rules followed to the T"...works for the rest, so it works for him. What improves/worsens a status quo is a subjective thing too....again its out of our plebian control in the end anyway even if it weren't...that has been made painfully and plainly clear.

In any case whole bunch of Pakistani members were able to blow off steam that they otherwise would in other ways...likely less tolerable to me. Shouting Pakistan Zindabad (or Jai Hind/Vande Mataram etc in our case) a few times to make the regrets/feelings temper a little bit (from some "baddie's" instigation) is similar to what the parish priest here recommends to my buddy every so often (whenever he feels confident enough that he wont get smited right away as he enters the darn place)....i.e a few hail mary's and everything's just made peachy and right as rain again.

Its not on me to understand the specific mechanics of the why etc and proscribe some medicine for it... I just empathise with the deeper needs/realities of humans in general. We won't change fundamentally....yet we expect things we create to be suddenly and much different? Bernoulli saw the greatest problem's most elegant proof on the parchment sent to him anonymously...and immediately knew it was Newton's answer...for he recognised the "lion by its paw" as he would say later.

Yes he is a Bangladeshi, ( although some other BD members, like Homo Sapiens and some more maybe be Mage too can't remember right now do not believe that, or atleast doubt, but that should not be an issue in this case ) , because as far I know, only few Bangladeshi folks can fabricate things and make issue.

I will give you a latest information. There was a rumor that opposition leader ( Jatiya party leader ) Hussein Muhammad Ershad died ( he again went to Singapore for treatment ), and later it was proved that Mr Ershad is not only alive, but his condition actually improved.

Another case, a youtube actor "Hero Alam" (who was being heavily criticised by BD folks because he took nomination form in last election, though I have no idea why it should be an issue , as any citizen of Bangladesh can do this according to our constitution), had an accident last week, and some peoples instantly spread the news that "Hero Alam died " ! But he is alive!

And do you know why they spread such fake news? Because many Bangladeshi want quick money without working harder ( heavily criticised though by rest of the society), they open youtube channel and try to increase views and such types of fake news definitely increase the view of their channels.

So publishing and spreading are culture of a smaller
Portion of peoples of Bangladesh, and unfortunately a big numbers still intend to believe those fake news rather than authentic news!

However mainstream to normal news portals also do such vain news that increase their view in a certain degree , and even they can spread fake news of someone's death ( this times spam news portals, Facebook and specially youtube) to increase view dramatically, so that they can earn more, either by creating anarchy by provoking BNP AL, India Pakistan aka chetona -jamati issue, and even by spreading fake news of someone's death!

In many Facebook pages few peoples post an edited photo and say that the name of Allah is in this fish , so do not leave this page before writing "Ameen" if you are a muslim! ( so here if some do not write amin then he is not muslim, lol) .

Or a baby in hijab , and write that do not leave this page without giving likes and comments for the little sister, and bla bla bla ..... Tons of fake news and disturbing things .


Even I saw a page took a photo of tree and give it's name, "Sahabi tree" ( Sahabi is companions of prophet muhammad ( pbuh)) and demanding likes and comment, some even post that if you do like and comment your way to jannah ( heaven) is clear!

And this OP news is such news that has no good impact on society other than starting some fuss and to increase selling, even if that comes at the expense of spreading fake news of someone's death!

Thankfully peoples of Bangladesh ( majority , and increasing day by day) are speaking against such works and criticizing their ( those disgusting peoples) dirty and disturbing acts !

So in my opinion probably such disturbing news should be heavily criticised ( specially when moderators are trying to clean this subforum and also sometimes want members involvement in this case) that cause nothing but anarchy in society and in a forum where peoples can easily improve relationship by avoiding such things that create unnecessary flame.

A better atmosphere will encourage the people to share their fruitful opinions who wants to avoid such disturbing atmosphere of this sub forum .

On topic some one who claims to live in Canada how can they manage time to being obsessed with the progress of a country and which is not even his own country and waste hour after hours which is beyond my capacity of understanding.
