We have the technology to do so.. its just a lot safer to do it with China. The payload being sent is worth millions and Pak doesn't want to risk it until we see a better economy.

I don't think we really need SLV since we can do it through china which is safer . Though SLV is in development since i don't know when maybe 10 since BADR-B

every indian in this thread is repeating.

we dnt have any indegenous SLV bt we will test our own this year..known as Shaheen III SLV/PSLV and we will launch our first remote sensing setellite by our own PSLC this year..in 2011 end

It is now june 2012, still there is no launch.

Where the hell your satellite and launch vehicle?
