Bilateral talks need involvement of a third country ................... huh funny Afghan logic. Why doesn't Ghani simply accept that his country is a satellite state of India, without any will and decisions of its own. And Pakistan should already start ignoring Afghanistan, seal the border deploy permanent troops get done with them. They can enjoy their India - Afghan - Taliban orgy.
